Required Skills: •Sotheby’s is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape a range of digital experiences across both customer-facing applications and sophisticated operational tools. You’ll work across discovery, UX, IA, and UI to design for diverse user groups across the global art and luxury ecosystem. •Lead design for features spanning client experiences and staff workflows. •Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and cross-functional partners. •Conduct user interviews, map workflows, and define IA for complex systems. •Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI. •Support design QA and ensure high-quality execution. •Use and contribute to the design system. •Provide feedback to peers and help elevate UX practices across the team.
