Qualifications: •THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU •Hold a bachelor’s degree in design, UX, HCI, or a related field. •Bring 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that demonstrates both strategic thinking and exceptional craft across complex digital products. •Have demonstrated experience using AI in a professional product-design process and can discuss at least one substantial example involving design exploration, prototyping, workflow improvement, or an AI-enabled experience. •Are an expert Figma user, comfortable working within and contributing to established design systems. •Excel at independent execution — you can take a brief, ask the right questions, and deliver without needing constant direction. •Think critically about problems before jumping to solutions and can articulate your design rationale clearly and confidently. •Are genuinely invested in the growth of the people around you and bring a collaborative, low-ego energy to the team. •Operational familiarity with front-end development workflows and developer handoff best practices. •Applied hands-on capability in user research platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Maze, or Lookback).
