Hiring: Senior Product Analyst Company: Plymouth Rock Assurance Location: Woodbridge, NJ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:03:39 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office, Product Management, SQL About the job Required Skills: •Acts as Product liaison with other departments that interface with the group. •Actively facilitate and support advancing the personal lines products sold in the Direct division across all regions, including identifying opportunity areas in our pricing, product offering and telematics program and developing product changes to enhance them. •Actively facilitate and support business to achieve budgeted growth and profitability business results. •Effectively uses available tools and data systems to analyze business issues and communicates the findings to management. •Understand predictive modeling and other quantitative concepts; being a resource in interpreting these concepts for business application. •Understand the competitive, legislative, and regulatory environments to identify trends and opportunities. •Partner cross-functionally with third party vendors to achieve company goals more effectively and cost efficiently. •Interface with other departments to address their needs as they relate to the product. Qualifications: •Master’s degree or higher in quantitative field of study is preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to utilize quantitative approaches to generate sound business analyses. Identify results out of the norm, draw conclusions and articulate findings. •Demonstrated problem solving experience gained through related work experience. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. •Programming query experience (SQL or related software). Proficient Microsoft Office skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and efficiently on tasks assigned by the Product Manager. •2 or more years in actuarial, or other analytical role. •2 or more years of experience with relational database tools and concepts. •Property and Casualty Insurance experience preferred.
