Required Skills: •Partner with Marketing, Sales, Data Operations, Engineering, and Enterprise Data teams to define business capabilities supported by Salesforce, Data360, Marketing Cloud, and custom platforms. •Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to identify customer, engagement, operational, and behavioral data requirements that support sales, marketing, servicing, analytics, and AI capabilities. •Partner with business stakeholders to define the business logic, data requirements, and integration patterns that govern how customer and engagement data is captured, transformed, activated, and shared across enterprise platforms. •Translate business objectives into scalable business requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and data mapping documentation that support technical implementation. •Partner cross-functionally with Engineering and Enterprise Data teams to design scalable, reusable integration patterns that improve platform interoperability, reduce duplicate development, and accelerate delivery. •Define business rules supporting customer & engagement data assets across Salesforce and connected platforms. •Serve as the liaison between Sales, Marketing, Data Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure enterprise customer data supports current business capabilities and future AI-driven experiences. •Support AI-enabled solutions by ensuring customer profile, engagement, and operational data are connected, accessible, and optimized for intelligent automation, predictive insights, and agentic experiences. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. •In-depth knowledge of enterprise customer data, data integration, identity resolution, APIs, event-driven architectures, and modern integration patterns. •Expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder facilitation, process modeling, and user story development. •In-depth knowledge of customer data governance, data quality, and business data stewardship. •Excellent communication and influencing skills. •Salesforce Business Analyst Certification or Salesforce Administrator Certification. •Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) Consultant Certification. •This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
