Required Skills: •Issue bid requests and organize proposals. •Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery •Evaluate quotes, prepare analysis and work with business stakeholders towards vendor selection. •Create and develop strategic partnerships with suppliers to achieve goals and objectives. •Evaluate capabilities of potential suppliers, explore references and identify current and potential strengths and weaknesses. •Enforce policies and procedures within the business activities to ensure that the financial interests of Titan America are protected. •Develop and maintain vendor relations to include eligibility of vendor’s documentation, in particular, as it relates to insurance/safety compliance. •Develop, review and negotiate framework agreements.
