Required Skills: •Design and implement the enterprise Developer Portal using Backstage. •Build and maintain Backstage plugins, scaffolder templates, and workflow automation. •Develop an executable blueprint orchestration layer integrated with enterprise systems. •Integrate Backstage with CI/CD, infrastructure, and security tooling including Jenkins, Terraform, Vault, ArgoCD, GitHub/GitOps, and related enterprise platforms. •Define and manage software catalog structures, ownership models, taxonomy, and metadata standards. •Enable self-service environment provisioning and developer experience improvements for application and platform teams. •Implement RBAC, authentication, authorization, and enterprise identity integrations such as OAuth and SSO. •Drive API-first orchestration across platform services and reusable enterprise capabilities. Qualifications: •Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience •Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience •Demonstrated ability to deliver production-ready platform capabilities in partnership with architecture, engineering, security, and operations teams. •Hands-on background across developer tooling, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, identity integration, API automation, and cloud-native platforms. •Min 7+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or related technology delivery experience. •Strong expertise in Backstage platform development and internal developer portal implementation. •Proven experience building custom Backstage plugins, templates, scaffolder actions, and scaffolder workflows. •Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React. •In-depth knowledge of developer self-service platforms, internal developer portals, and platform engineering practices. •Solid understanding of software catalog models, service metadata, ownership, lifecycle, and blueprint concepts.
