Required Skills: •Develop integrated design strategies for ECU module and engine‑level test‑validation phases, ensuring efficient configuration planning, technical readiness, and execution of pre‑test and post‑test activities. •Drive Base‑to‑ECU lessons‑learned transfer, maintaining cross‑module and cross‑discipline alignment so historical knowledge, ESW improvements, and best practices are applied consistently and early. •Serve as a technical design leader and “go‑to” integration expert, providing guidance and cross‑discipline problem solving for complex issues involving structures, aero, HT&SF, manufacturing, quality, and other modules. •Oversee design‑validation workstreams, coordinating manufacturing readiness, EFPRs, engine builds and module‑integration activities—including HPC gapping—and leading technical risk‑mitigation strategies. •Lead or support design‑strategy and discipline‑development initiatives, shaping toolsets, methods, improve EKS content, and data systems used across the design organization. •Mentor and coach engineering talent by providing training, technical reviews, approval authority, and support for early‑career engineers. •Drive engineering‑efficiency improvements through automated tool development, advanced data‑management techniques, and the use of AI‑enabled workflows. •Domestic travel up to 10% may be required.
