Qualifications: •Strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to connect market dynamics and customer value to profitable-growth decisions. •Strong analytical judgment and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations and actions. •Demonstrated leadership across matrixed, global organizations and the ability to influence without direct authority. •Pricing, finance, marketing, product management, strategy or related business experience. •Demonstrated capacity to lead transformation, simplify processes and adopt digital, analytics and AI-enabled capabilities responsibly. •Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level decision support. •Commitment to Caterpillar values, enterprise compliance, confidentiality and responsible stewardship of data. •Profitable growth and portfolio performance attributable to approved pricing actions. •Quality, velocity and timeliness of price reviews and implementations. •Effectiveness of implemented actions, including sustained results and reduced leakage.
