This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges, mentoring others, and working directly with clients to deliver impactful results. •The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in areas such as grounding, insulation coordination, electromagnetic transients, and power quality. You will work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support utility clients across North America. •Lead technical studies involving grounding, insulation coordination, AC interference, and transient simulations. •Perform detailed modeling and analysis using tools such as PSCAD, ATP-EMTP, CDEGS, and WinIGS. •Translate complex technical findings into actionable insights for clients. •Support proposal development, project scoping, and client relationship management. •Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. •Partner cross-functionally with protection, planning, and field engineering teams to integrate study results.
