Experience in POS hardware and software systems required. Demonstrated knowledge of downstream POS systems and technology as well as experience in retail store operations preferred. Required Skills: •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional leadership to identify opportunities for simplification, process improvements, and innovative solutions that enhance store efficiency and support a seamless customer checkout experience. •Build and maintain a comprehensive POS/Checkout knowledge library, ensuring adoption, compliance, and ongoing process enhancements. •Provide guidance to Product and Tech teams on critical business priorities, POS requirements, and dependencies on supporting applications. •Conduct collaborative testing of new features and processes across diverse stakeholder groups, strategically prioritizing feedback on scalability and opportunities for improvement. •Partner with Product, Project, and Program leaders to identify and mitigate risks impacting overall program priorities. •Work alongside Human Resources, Marketing, Selling Strategy, Talent/Org Effectiveness, Central Ops/AP, Colleague Experience, Workforce Strategy, and Corporate Communications to develop targeted communications for store-focused initiatives. •Independently configure POS software settings to align with strategic objectives of key business partners. •Partner cross-functionally with store leadership, Product, and Tech teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting POS systems. Qualifications: •Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. •This role involves performing essential job functions such as communication, collaboration, and use of office and computer systems.
