Qualifications: •You have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management or a related technical leadership role focused on developer platforms, infrastructure, or SDLC tooling •You have experience defining, instrumenting, and operationalizing engineering performance and reliability metrics, including DORA metrics and deployment health indicators •You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing highly technical stakeholders, including senior engineers and technical leadership •You have a strong perspective on how AI is transforming software engineering workflows and understand the operational, reliability, and governance risks introduced by autonomous systems •You are an effective communicator who can present complex technical concepts to engineering teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and executive audiences •You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience •Datadog values people from all walks of life.
