In this role you will plan and secure the materials that keep our manufacturing and third-party supply commitments on schedule, working closely with partners across the supply chain. •What You Will Be Doing •Partner cross-functionally with supply chain partners — including Product Commercialization, Quality Assurance, Finance, RD&E, ALCS Procurement, and direct suppliers — to deliver cost-optimized supply chain plans through effective procurement practices and production schedules. •Plan and manage appropriate inventory levels based on budgetary commitments, customer requirements, space constraints, age limitations, and company-wide initiatives. •Independently analyze and execute material requirements planning (MRP) to secure materials needed for manufacturing and for sale to third parties. Create and manage purchase orders that optimize costs, promote supplier efficiency, and deliver materials on time to cigar manufacturing and to a third party in the Dominican Republic. •Coordinate shipping schedules, generate export documentation, issue invoices, and process credits for materials sold to third parties.
