Hiring: Senior Personnel Cybersecurity Company: Odyssey Location: Hanscom AFB, MA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 14:13:59 Employment Type: Full-time / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Accessibility, Encryption, IAM, PKI, Program Management, Risk Management, Secret Clearance, Systems Design About the job Experience: •15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD Required Skills: •This is a full time on-site position located at Hanscom AFB, MA. •Duties Include, But Not Limited To Ensure 100% of personnel delivering cybersecurity services are certified per DoD 8570.01-M standards. •Ensure all system and application deliverables comply with DoDI 8500.01 (Cybersecurity) and AFI 33-200 (Air Force Cybersecurity Program Management). •Support implementation and compliance with DoDI 8510.01 and AFI 33-210 regarding the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Technology. •Support activities in accordance with DoDI 8520.02 to enable PKI-supported capabilities (biometrics, encryption, digital signatures, identification, and authentication). •Supporting the system/application authorization and accreditation (A&A) effort, to include assessing and guiding the quality and completeness of A&A activities, tasks, and resulting artifacts mandated by governing DoD and Air Force policies (i.e., Risk Management Framework (RMF). •Recommending policies and procedures to ensure the reliability of and accessibility to information systems and to prevent and defend against unauthorized access to systems, networks, and data. •Conducting risk and vulnerability assessments of planned and installed information systems to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and protection needs. Qualifications: •Citizenship: Must be a US citizen •BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD •OR 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, of which 8 years must be in the DoD. •Master’s degree •20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, of which 8 years must be in the DoD.
