Required Skills: •The Senior People Analytics Specialist is a hands-on technical expert responsible for designing, building, and scaling Moran’s workforce intelligence and people analytics capabilities. Reporting directly to the VP of Total Rewards & People Analytics, this role transforms complex HR data into actionable, executive-ready insights. •The ideal candidate is a data storyteller and technical problem-solver who will build the foundational reporting infrastructure, establish data governance, and run predictive analytics to support talent retention, compensation strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness across our organization. •Data Infrastructure and Dashboard Development •Design, build, and maintain robust, automated executive dashboards and reporting suites tracking core workforce metrics. •Establish clean, reliable data pipelines by partnering with HRIS to ensure data integrity. •Define and standardize consistent metrics, definitions, and data governance standards across the organization. •Workforce Intelligence and Predictive Modeling •Conduct deep-dive analyses and predictive modeling on flight-risk factors, talent retention, and labor cost trends to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field. •Advanced technical proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS reporting modules (UKG Pro or similar). •Strong proficiency in data manipulation and querying (SQL, advanced Excel/VBA, or R/Python preferred); experience with Python preferred. •Demonstrated ability to translate technical data outputs into clear, strategic business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. •Exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy, and adherence to strict confidentiality standards. •Ability and willingness to work in Jacksonville, FL or New Canaan, CT office 3 days a week. •This job description does not cover or contain a complete list of responsibilities or activities.
