Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or higher in law, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. •Direct experience building or operationalizing KYC/CDD programs, including vendor selection, workflow design, and quality assurance. •Strong working knowledge of BSA/AML regulatory requirements, OFAC sanctions frameworks, and relevant international equivalents. •Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable operational processes and product controls. •Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience influencing Product and Engineering teams on compliance design. •Demonstrated capacity to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership and regulators. •Relevant certification (e.g., CAMS, CGSS) is strongly preferred.
