Required Skills: •Independently lead and manage top-tier commercial partners, owning the full lifecycle of the relationship and ensuring alignment with Delta Sync’s strategic goals. •Proactively anticipate partner needs, identifying opportunities and challenges early and driving timely, effective solutions. •Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive engagement, performance, and long-term growth in partnership with key cross-functional partners – content/retailing, data and analytics, CX/product and technology, partner marketing, PR/communications, and business development leads. •Lead internal cross-functional meetings to align on partner priorities, coordinate deliverables, and ensure seamless execution across teams. •Strategically lead external partner engagements, including QBRs, Joint Partner Planning, roadmap planning sessions, and executive briefings working collaboratively with cross-functional team leads. •Partner with partner marketing team to ensure activations and initiatives align with partner KPIs and Delta Sync goals—driving engagement, acquisition, and conversion. •Assist with special client requests, including entertainment experiences or custom activations that strengthen relationship value and loyalty. •Support issue resolution, facilitating cross-functional troubleshooting and ensuring a positive, timely outcome for the partner.
