Translate supported-command demand and threat intelligence into force-generation priorities, mission-specific preparation, tailored force packages, readiness actions, resource trade-offs, and risk recommendations. •Synchronize joint and combined operations. Integrate mission planning, operational intelligence, cyber effects and defense, communications, logistics, training, protection, and partner contributions to create an operational edge. •Build resilient mission execution. Develop and validate continuity concepts, Primary/Alternate/Contingency/Emergency options, critical-service dependencies, infrastructure hardening priorities, reconstitution approaches, and mission-assurance actions. •Connect operations to capability decisions. Convert operational deficiencies and lessons into prioritized capability outcomes, acquisition decision inputs, focused learning events, early-use objectives, operational-acceptance criteria, and fielding priorities. •Shape concepts and training. Advance concepts of employment, mission-type orders, tactics, training objectives, and exercise scenarios that reflect current threats, large-scale operations, and joint or combined mission threads. •Drive evidence-backed decisions. Create decision papers, option analyses, risk and opportunity views, readiness scorecards, event roadmaps, and concise leader briefings centered on mission effect, time-to-field, integration complexity, and operational sustainability.
