Develops and maintains scripts to facilitate network administrative tasks and automate repetitive processes. •Participate and assist with troubleshooting of ZTNA and SASE based deployments (Cloud Computing, Network Installation and Configuration, Network Traffic Analysis, Network Transformation, Network Security Management). •Monitors performance identifies areas for improvement for the network and implements performance tuning. •Identifies trends in issues and determines the root cause to reduce future issues. •Adheres to network policies, standards, and standard operating procedures for how-to documents. •Undertakes the regular analysis and interpretation of traffic and utilization of services on network connections. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred, related field or equivalent experience. •Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certifications preferred.
