Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. •Minimum of 5-7 years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure in a medium to large enterprise environment. •Demonstrated experience implementing and troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, including VLANs, 802.1Q trunking, inter-VLAN routing, static routing, Spanning Tree Protocol (RSTP/MST), and Link Aggregation (LACP). •In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP networking, IPv4 addressing and subnetting, DHCP, DNS, NAT, SNMP, NTP, SSH, and common enterprise networking protocols. •Solid functional working knowledge of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), including 802.1X authentication, RADIUS, and network access control concepts. •Solid functional working knowledge of Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) and Firepower Management Center (FMC) for basic administration and operational support. •Demonstrated capacity to create and maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, IP addressing plans, and standard operating procedures. •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP Enterprise) certification.
