Required Skills: •This job entails development, integration, execution, & analysis of real-time M&S products to support the U.S. Army in various lab and range venues including all-digital and Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) venues. •The successful candidate will design & develop simulations using tactical and simulation communication protocols. •Integrate simulation and tactical software changes into real-time simulations. •Track and resolve bugs, issues, and new capabilities. •Support integration, execution, debugging, and analysis in various venues including OEM facilities, government lab facilities, and test ranges. •The ideal candidate will maintain subject matter expertise in real-time M&S, AIAMD fire control, AIAMD interceptors, and AIAMD sensors/uplinkers. The successful candidate will plan and prioritize resources and schedule for the team. •Develop Virtual Engagement (VE) and other real-time simulations. •Integrate already-existing fire control, missile, C2 code bases into real-time simulations, and integrate these into larger system-of-system integrations. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, a related field or equivalent experience. •8 or more years of applicable progressively complex software design engineering experience. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles, methodologies, and best practices. •Proficiency in C++, FORTRAN, Python, and MATLAB.
