Required Skills: •Utilize knowledge of MBSE processes, practices, tools, and related modeling languages and frameworks (e.g. SysML, UML, UAF) to solve complex technical problems •Guide a program in their total MBSE development activities •Partner cross-functionally with project teams and leadership to contribute to the development of MBSE training materials and company best practices •5+ years of experience building models and developing modeling strategies using MBSE methodologies, tools, and best practices •Proficiency in UML, SysML, and other relevant modeling languages and frameworks •Demonstrated capacity to create specialized searches, and analyze problems through MBSE models •Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements •Demonstrated capacity to contribute to the development of MBSE training materials, best practices, and processes, and guide programs in their total MBSE development activities. Qualifications: •Must be a US citizen and possess a Secret level clearance •Bachelor's Degree in STEM field and 8+ years experience in Systems Engineering or Masters Degree in STEM field and 6+ years experience in Systems Engineering.
