In this critical role, you will be a key member of the team responsible for developing, communicating, and executing Trane’s growth strategy within the industrial process heating and cooling (IPHC)space. •Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience. •Industrial experience is highly desirable. •The ideal candidate will be highly team-oriented who provides bold thinking to stimulate a curious and energetic approach to strategy development and execution at Trane. •Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, navigating complex organizational structures. •Strong analytical horsepower and overall business acumen. •A track record of identifying strategic opportunities, developing recommendations to achieve, and delivering results. •Constant drive for process improvement, continuously seeking innovative solutions to optimize results. •Tactful, assertive, and decisive decision-maker, capable of navigating challenging situations with diplomacy and confidence.
