At Arista, we take pride in our track record of success and strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and performance in everything we do. •We are growing in Roseville! •Be among the founding engineers shaping Arista’s new Roseville R&D Lab where you’ll help design next-generation networking technology alongside some of the industry’s brightest engineers. •This is an on-site role - remote applicants must be willing to relocate to a commutable distance to the Arista Headquarters in Santa Clara, CA or our site in Roseville, CA. •Who You’ll Work With In each project you will work with a cross functional team to ensure that the end solution is brought to market quickly and meets our customer's needs. •Explore solutions suggested by team members and add new solutions that blend all of the requirements. •Implement the selected design using Creo 3D CAD and provide all the necessary drawings, critical to function dimensions and 3D files to allow the design to be prototyped and manufactured. Qualifications: •BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering + 7 years’ experience. •Relevant experience in mechanical design of computer/network equipment designed to operate in data centers is preferred. •Plastic part design for both cosmetic and non-cosmetic uses. •Operational familiarity with PDMLink (PTC Windchill) a plus. •Applied hands-on capability in tests (shock, vibe, EMC etc.) is a plus. •Demonstrated capacity to lift weight upwards of 50 pounds Compensation: •$260,000 - $470,000 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •The total estimated annual compensation range for this position, inclusive of base salary, bonus, and equity, is $260,000 to $470,000 Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
