Ensure compliance to safety and regulatory requirements. •Address customer and regulatory requirements and concerns. •Provide technical scope descriptions and cost estimates for customer offers. Identify new business opportunities and implement strategic technical solutions. •Prepare technical reports and present technical information to internal groups, customers and regulators. Qualifications: •B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent •Solid functional working knowledge of ASME codes •Demonstrated experience in scope development, schedule development, budget development and monitoring to meet target goals. •Teamwork skills – including leadership and participation •Operational familiarity with creating drawings in Inventor or SolidWorks or similar CAD program.
