Required Skills: •Develop innovative and technically sound design solutions that meet program schedule milestones. •Lead or support producibility initiatives, including EFPRs performed remotely or on‑site. •Support ECU Design Validation activities, including EFPRs and module‑integration coordination. •Lead or support military field‑incident investigations, including root‑cause analysis. •Develop serviceable limits using advanced data‑processing methods and multi‑discipline collaboration. •Participate in multi‑week engine tear‑downs at Tinker AFB. •Partner cross-functionally with multidisciplinary IPTs across design, structures, aero, HT&SF, manufacturing, and quality. •Actively facilitate and support creation of safety‑risk analyses and risk‑mitigation plans; present technical results to customers and program management.
