Required Skills: •Oversee, manage, and drive revenue and portfolio targets by developing strategic business plans and positioning products effectively in the marketplace. •Develop pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share in the field experience (sales support). •Evaluate new product opportunities, develop business cases, and funnel into the development pipeline. •Lead cross-functional teams/groups, to drive product development and improvement. Develop strategic and tactical marketing strategies. •Develop and maintain strong working relationships with strategic key accounts following customer-relationship-management plans. •Develop pre-launch and launch plans for new products for North America and drive launch plans in other regions. •Develop rolling sales forecasts for new and current products. •Interface directly with multiple internal departments to manage all aspects of the portfolio.
