Required Skills: •Adheres to all company policies and procedures; maintaining a safe working environment and participating in Safety, Health, and Environmental and Quality programs, training, and activities, including wearing required PPE. •Immediately reports any safety, quality, production, equipment, and tooling problems as well as any needed maintenance, calibration, or expired material issues. •Follows and completes assembly history records to align, fit, and assemble product components using hand tools, power tools and fixtures. •Follows and completes test procedures using test stands, instruments and equipment for products. •Ensure compliance with by reading and interpreting drawings, parts lists, specifications, assembly history records, and test procedures to inspect, assemble and test products and subassemblies, Updates documentation as necessary. •Utilize Lean Manufacturing to execute production schedule and keep area safe and clean. •Identifies and assists with implementation of improvements to safety, quality, productivity and efficiency including: AHRs, test procedures, equipment, tooling and build sequence. •Assists with building and setting up new work cells and test set-ups using specialized equipment. Qualifications: •Knowledge of basic mathematics and is able to measure accurately. •Diligence in completing paperwork to ensure traceability. •Diligence in keeping area safe and clean per Lean Manufacturing •Able to multi-task several complex job duties and assignments. •Reads drawings, schematics, diagrams and technical specifications.
