Required Skills: •Principal Duties And Responsibilities (Essential Functions) •Lead, mentor, and manage a team of manufacturing supervisors, production leads, and production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. •Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. •Oversee all pack-out operations to ensure product is accurately packed, quality standards are met, and shipments are completed efficiently, and on schedule. •Manage packaging materials, crates, and packing supplies by maintaining inventory, ensuring proper usage, and enforcing safety and compliance standards throughout pack-out operations. •Partner cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, program management, IT, and quality assurance departments to resolve potential shop floor and inventory control discrepancies. •Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures throughout the manufacturing pack-out process, ensuring products meet internal/external specifications and industry standards. •Manage manufacturing budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality. Qualifications: •Proficient with MS Office •Physical ability to work on and around industrial equipment, including occasional lifting to 50lbs. •Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
