Required Skills: •Digital Dynamics Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, Test Engineering to lead test strategy and execution from early product development through high-volume production. •This role is responsible for ensuring our PCBA and system-level products are testable, scalable, and production-ready. The Senior Manager will lead the development and deployment of automated production test systems, drive Design for Test (DFT), support NPI and manufacturing ramp, and improve test coverage, yield, throughput, and cost. •This is not a purely managerial role. The successful candidate will remain close to the technical work and provide hands-on support when needed while developing the team and partnering closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and contract manufacturing partners. •Own test strategy for PCBA and system-level products from concept through production. •Define test coverage based on product risk, reliability requirements, manufacturing goals, and cost targets. •Drive Design for Test (DFT) early in the product development lifecycle. •Lead the development of production test systems, including tester architecture, hardware, fixtures, interfaces, automation, and test software. •Support test system bring-up, debugging, validation, and release to production. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. •Deep experience with PCBA and system-level testing. •Proven experience supporting products through NPI, EVT, DVT, PVT, production ramp, and sustaining. •In-depth knowledge of DFT, test coverage, yield improvement, test validation, statistics, and manufacturing data. •Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical work while remaining hands-on when needed. •Strong problem-solving, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills.
