Required Skills: •We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Schedule Integration (SIOP Lead) •Lead the site’s demand planning and master scheduling strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer commitments, and program deliverables. •Provide leadership and oversight for the development and maintenance of accurate demand plans across an 18–24 month rolling horizon. •Direct the consolidation and analysis of demand inputs from multiple sources, including Sales Orders, Forecasts, Follow-On production, Repair & Overhaul (R&O), and Engineering IRAD activities. •Ensure alignment between factory master schedules and program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) milestones, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation plans. •Lead and facilitate SIOP processes and reviews, enabling cross-functional alignment on demand, supply, capacity, and execution priorities. •Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, and Business Development leaders to evaluate future demand scenarios and translate requirements into executable plans. •Establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting tools related to forecasting accuracy, demand planning, schedule attainment, and SIOP effectiveness. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience, including leadership experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience, including leadership experience.
