Required Skills: •Maintain a small caseload of psychiatric clients on the platform (approx 2-3 clinical hours per week) to understand the lived experience of our providers. •Support insurance and payer-related quality initiatives as BetterHelp expands its healthcare offerings. •What will you NOT do? •NOT worry about "runway", "cash left", or "how much time we have until the next round". Qualifications: •Active, unrestricted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in good standing. •Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or management experience. •In-depth knowledge of psychiatric prescribing practices, risk assessment, documentation standards, and clinical quality management. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions. •Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively collaborate with clinical, operational, legal, product, and executive stakeholders. •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. •Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion. •Passion for improving access to high-quality mental healthcare through innovation and technology. •Ideally located or licensed in AL, GA, IN, MO, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX Compensation: •$140,000 - $170,000 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Excellent health, dental, and vision coverage Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
