Required Skills: •Senior Manager – Warehouse & Production Control Operations & Launch •Own end‑to‑end operational performance across production control, material planning, warehouse execution, and outbound service. •Ensure alignment between customer demand, production schedules, material availability, and warehouse capacity. •Act as the senior escalation point for service, inventory, supply, or execution risks during both steady state and transition periods. •Lead production planning, scheduling, and material control activities to support demand and capacity constraints. •Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production and shipment plans. •Ensure material availability for uninterrupted production and customer fulfillment. •Control inventory levels to meet turns, aging, and working capital targets. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred. •10+ years of leadership experience across warehouse operations and/or production control. •Strong experience with ERP/MRP, WMS, labor management systems, and KPI reporting. •Proven leadership in high‑volume, multi‑shift operations. •Strong financial acumen with budget ownership and cost control experience. •Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
