Required Skills: •The Senior Manager of Test operations ensures the proper execution and flow of work through the test area which tests rocket components and engines at our West Palm Beach facility. •The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the test operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in test processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. •Oversee daily operations to ensure production schedules are met and products are manufactured/fabricated to the highest quality standards. •Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality. •Develop and execute strategies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve throughput. •Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production goals. •Develop and manage budgets for the test area, monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures. •Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety within the assembly operations. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior operations experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior operations experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior operations experience. •12 years of prior operations experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior operations experience.
