Required Skills: •Lead and grow the firm's Marital Dissolution Litigation Support & Forensic Advisory practice, with a focus on expanding revenue, market presence, and service offerings. •Develop and maintain relationships with attorneys, law firms, private clients, referral sources, and centers of influence to drive new business opportunities. •Manage financial analyses related to divorce and matrimonial matters, including marital balance sheets, income analyses, business valuations, tracing of separate property, and support calculations. •Provide expert witness testimony, deposition support, mediation assistance, and trial preparation. •Identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the firm's litigation and forensic services capabilities. •Partner cross-functionally with Partners and leadership across Tax, Advisory, Wealth, and Family Office services to provide integrated client solutions. •Lead engagement economics, resource planning, staffing, and profitability management. •Mentor, coach, and develop a team of litigation support, valuation, and forensic professionals.
