Together We Change. •In this role, you'll drive strategic technology initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and develop strong partnerships across the business to deliver reliable, scalable, and impactful outcomes. •Leading, developing, and mentoring a team responsible for technology solution deployment, application maintenance, incident management, and continuous service improvement across manufacturing environments. •Partnering closely with manufacturing leaders, business partners, product owners, and technology teams to align priorities and deliver technology capabilities that support business objectives. •Leading all aspects of execution of projects, enhancements, and operational initiatives, ensuring effective management of scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements. •Driving operational excellence by improving service reliability, support responsiveness, issue resolution processes, and overall user experience. •Serving as the partner concern point for critical incidents, production-impacting issues, delivery challenges, and vendor-related concerns, ensuring timely resolution and customer communication. •Establishing and maintaining governance, documentation, operational coordination, release management, and quality standards across technology implementation and support functions. •Leading team capacity and resource allocation across project work, operational support, maintenance activities, and emerging business priorities. •Collaborating with infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, data, and enterprise application teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
