Required Skills: •Lead maintenance operations across all shifts, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable equipment performance. •Develop and coach maintenance supervisors and technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. •Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and reduce unplanned downtime. •Drive CMMS utilization, work order management, maintenance planning, scheduling, and asset history accuracy. •Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to improve equipment reliability, eliminate recurring failures, and support production goals. •Monitor key maintenance metrics including PM compliance, MTTR, MTBF, schedule adherence, and equipment performance. •Manage maintenance planning, labor allocation, spare parts readiness, and resource utilization. •Ensure compliance with OSHA, EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements.
