Qualifications: •Demonstrated success in designing, operationalizing, and scaling lifecycle risk, hold graduation, or account-level privilege tiering frameworks from scratch. •Solid experience working alongside Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Risk Operations teams to convert policy requirements into scalable automated controls. •Outstanding analytical capability; comfort with performance data, tracking scorecards, and using empirical evidence to support executive-level recommendations. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex risk topics and drive alignment across multi-functional groups with ambiguous ownership. •Direct experience managing risk for high-risk categories, instant-payout platforms, peer-to-peer marketplaces, or live-stream commerce environments. •Operational familiarity with risk decisioning platforms, automated linking methodologies, or real-time content moderation.
