Required Skills: •Oversee critical GxP and clinical systems alongside core enterprise platforms, ensuring reliability, compliance, and strong user experiences. •Working closely with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and HR teams, you will translate business needs into effective technology solutions. •Play a key role in implementations, upgrades, integrations, validation, and continuous improvement across the application landscape. •As Senior Manager, IT Applications, you will own the performance, governance, and lifecycle of enterprise applications while serving as a trusted technology partner to business and regulated functions. Qualifications: •The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise application expertise with experience in regulated life sciences environments, people leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business functions. •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus. •Hands-on experience administering GxP and validated systems, such as Veeva Vault or Box, within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated life sciences environment. •Solid functional working knowledge of GxP requirements, 21 CFR Part 11, and computer system validation practices. •Demonstrated experience managing vendors, budgets, application initiatives, and cross-functional stakeholders. •Proficiency using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to support project work and improve productivity. •Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and HR. •Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and system changes clearly to non-technical stakeholders. •Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving, and regulated environment with changing priorities. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of attention to data integrity, documentation, troubleshooting, and operational detail.
