Hiring: Senior Manager, Integrated Planning Company: Kenvue Location: Summit, NJ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 11:45:57 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, Change Management, Program Management, SAP, Stakeholder Management About the job Experience: •8 years in Supply Chain Planning or business related field Required Skills: •Lead future-state process design and harmonization. •Translate business requirements into scalable planning capabilities. •Partner with IT and implementation partners on SAP, S/4HANA and Kinaxis solution design. •Lead business testing (BST/UAT), deployment readiness, hypercare and stabilization. •Develop and execute change management, communications, training and adoption strategies. •Influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional governance. •Monitor KPIs, benefits realization and planning maturity. •Defines and leads initiatives aiming at enhancing execution of foundational processes whilst reinforcing adherence to standard ways of working Qualifications: •What are we looking for Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Master's preferred •A minimum of 8 years in Supply Chain Planning or business related field •Demonstrated capacity to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally •Change Management and program leadership and Agile experience preferred •Deep process and systems knowledge of Demand Planning, IBP and Planning Transformation program management •Expertise in SAP ERP; SAP APO/S4HANA desirable and Advanced planning system, Kinaxis Rapid Response / Maestro preferred. •Strong business acumen & understanding of business dynamics incl knowledge of P&L set up within Consumer business. •Proactive thinker with ability to see the big picture but being able to debate the details. •Demonstrated capacity to influence at all levels within the Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance & other key cross functional partners, in a matrix environment and externally. •Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
