Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree is required; an MBA is a plus. - Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations and People Development required. - Proactive, detail-oriented leadership style with ability to balance strategic priorities and day-to-day HR operations. - Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
