Required Skills: •Partner with Portfolio Management teams to support the financial oversight of a group of investment funds totaling approximately 40,000 single-family rental homes. •Lead the development of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and ongoing financial reporting for fund performance. •Analyze and communicate key drivers of fund results, including financial and operational trends, risks, and opportunities. •Perform ad hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and deep dives into portfolio performance and operational KPIs. •Develop clear, concise presentations and reporting materials for senior and executive leadership. •Actively facilitate and support Capital Markets team with long-range financial projections at the home and portfolio level. •Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Portfolio Management, Operations, Capital Markets, Asset Management, and executive leadership. •Enhance financial models, reporting processes, and analytical tools to improve decision-making and efficiency.
