Required Skills: •Lead the administration, enhancement, and governance of financial systems including SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, BlackLine, and other systems and related tools. •Act as primary liaison between Finance, IT, and external vendors to manage system changes, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades. •Identify and drive automation opportunities in core finance and accounting processes. •Lead system and process enhancements and support major projects such as ERP implementations, module expansions, and integrations across systems. •Develop and maintain robust documentation of business processes, configuration decisions, and control procedures. •Train finance users on systems functionality and best practices; serve as a subject matter expert on data structures and reporting logic. •Lead master data governance across finance-related domains, establishing policies, workflows, controls, and stewardship to improve data quality and standardization. •Support external audits, SOX compliance, and internal control testing related to financial systems.
