The position will serve as a key enabler of a more effective and future-ready FP&A organization. •Lead the ARI FP&A team in delivering high-quality analytics, reporting, and dashboard solutions for business partners. •Improve reporting timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency through standardization, automation, and reduction of manual Excel-based processes. •Consolidate Operating Unit results into a consistent segment-level view and deliver standard monthly performance reporting. •Design and maintain reporting templates and frameworks that enable consistent definitions, efficient roll-ups, and comparable performance views across Operating Units. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Science or a related discipline •Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO, BW, or related reporting environments). •Expertise in visualisation tools Microsoft Fabric/PBI. •Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions. •Strong attention to detail combined with a commercial, value-focused mindset. •Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities. •Demonstrated capacity to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion with tight timelines. •Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills •Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description. •Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times.
