Increase profitability through strategic negotiations of deals to increase sponsorships. •Cross-promote with business partners to achieve mutual benefits. •Build and strengthen relationships with developers, and lead cross-functional teams in multiple departments, including creative, production, community engagement, legal, and finance to implement strategic initiatives aimed at business growth. •Direct high-level strategic planning to design and manage the official merchandise store and oversee production and sales lifecycles, improving customer satisfaction. •Anticipate business needs, prioritize tasks, and resolve complex external issues.
