Required Skills: •Lead internal audit, risk assessment, compliance, governance, and operational improvement engagements. •Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, governing boards, and audit committees. •Oversee engagement strategy, staffing, budgets, quality control, and client satisfaction. •Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, accountability, and performance. •Mentor and develop high-performing consulting teams. •Drive business development efforts, including client relationship management, proposals, presentations, and strategic pursuits. •Expand MGO's presence within the public sector through industry involvement, networking, and thought leadership.
