Required Skills: •Strategically drive transformation of order-to-cash operations by improving processes, increasing automation, and reducing manual effort. •Build scalable workflows, operational controls, and best practices that support growth and improve efficiency across the revenue cycle. •Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience. •Lead revenue-related system initiatives, including CRM and ERP implementations, integrations, and ongoing optimization efforts. •Lead and develop a team responsible for billing, client onboarding, account administration, and cash application functions. •Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure operational performance, billing accuracy, cash application efficiency, and overall revenue cycle effectiveness. •Oversee invoicing operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer agreements. •Ensure client onboarding and account setup processes are completed accurately and efficiently. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business. •Proven leadership experience managing and developing operational teams. •Comfort navigating and use of Salesforce. •In-depth knowledge of order-to-cash operations, including billing, accounts receivable, cash application, and customer onboarding processes. •Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Technology, Operations, and commercial teams. •Strong project management and organizational skills. •Excellent communication, relationship-building, and change management capabilities. •Industry experience in professional services, business services, legal services, or high-volume transaction-based environment. •Knowledge of NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms. •Background improving operational scalability in a rapidly growing organization.
