Required Skills: •Manage performance of all 11 dedicated fleets, including serving as the contact and dotted-line manager for dedicated fleet manager-routers. •Respond to daily escalations from sales, customer service, operations, and dedicated fleet vendor partners. •Evaluate fleet financial performance and recommend expansion or contraction based on cost-per-hundredweight performance versus over-the-road rates. •Lead RFPs for expiring dedicated fleet contracts and new fleet locations, including gathering operational and sales inputs, establishing modeling parameters, reviewing financial submissions, and recommending solutions. •Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with operations and local dedicated fleet contacts to review indicators such as cost-per-hundredweight, and on-time delivery. •Complete monthly allocation of vehicle expense and report out to Accounts Payable and Finance. •Other responsibilities as determined by our needs. •Ten or more years of related transportation, supply chain, fleet management, purchasing, or logistics experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related business field; Master's degree or equivalent education preferred.
