Required Skills: •Lead and develop a team of data engineers responsible for ETL workflows that extract, transform, and load data from source systems into athenahealth environments. •Provide technical direction for Python-based tools, utilities, and automation used to support import, migration, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting activities. •Partner with internal stakeholders to define source-to-target mappings, business rules, migration requirements, and technical approach. •Review inbound and outbound data flows to identify gaps, defects, transformation issues, and opportunities for improvement. •Oversee interoperability workflows using HL7 and FHIR standards and ensure data movement approaches align with technical and business requirements. •Support EHI export-related activities and ensure output is complete, accurate, and compliant with expectations. •Investigate complex data issues, help remove blockers, and drive resolution across cross-functional teams. •Establish and maintain technical documentation for processes, dependencies, standards, validation steps, and operational procedures. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
