Required Skills: •This position will report to the Assistant Global Corporate Controller. •Key Activities, Responsibilities and Deliverables •Oversee the accounting for IDSW projects •, including capitalization assessments, cost tracking and useful life evaluations •Establish and maintain policies and controls for software development cost identification, classification and stage-based accounting •Partner with Engineering, Product and IT to validate project statuses, upcoming releases and development milestones •Oversee the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, asset tracking and disposals •Maintain capitalization thresholds and policies to ensure consistent application across the Company Qualifications: •, including capitalization assessments, cost tracking and useful life evaluations required •Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field. •Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive relevant experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or within a medium to large international organization. •Strong US GAAP knowledge, especially ASC 350-40 (software), ASC 360 (fixed assets) and ASC 842 (leases) •Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to operate independently; capable of engaging professionally across all levels. •Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a deadline-driven environment, with strong organizational and time management skills. •Detail oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and analytical thinking. •Self-motivated and capable of working independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. •Skilled at building relationships and working cross-functionally with various departments and levels of management. •Operational familiarity with lease accounting tools (Costar, Nakisa).
