Qualifications: •5–7+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or a similarly analytical role. •At least 1–2 years of Commercial Finance / FP&A experience required. •Required experience in healthcare, digital health, online mental health, behavioral health, or a closely related insurance-covered healthcare business model. •Required understanding of healthcare revenue models, including payer dynamics, reimbursement, revenue cycle management, claims, collections, DSO, and the operational drivers that impact revenue realization. •Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other advanced degree a plus •In-depth knowledge of P&L dynamics, revenue drivers, unit economics, margin analysis, ROI, business cases, and driver-based forecasting. •Advanced financial modeling skills, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, forecasting, and financial planning. •Strong commercial instincts and ability to connect financial results to business performance, customer behavior, healthcare operations, payer dynamics, market dynamics, and operational decisions. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify the “question behind the question” and focus analysis on the business decision that needs to be made. •High data fluency, including comfort working with BI tools, large datasets, metric definitions, and cross-functional data partners. SQL, Looker, Python, or similar tools are a plus.
